Do you have a preferred A&E provider and a construction project that needs funding?
We have collaborated with architectural firms to provide services to previous clients including the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe (MA), Navajo Nation's EPA (AZ/NM), Pascua Yaqui Development Corporation (AZ), White Mountain Apache Tribe (AZ) and the Tomaquag Museum (RI) for services like:
pre-construction facilities planning, needs/site fit assessments, site planning, preliminary engineering reports, environmental narrative reports, site options negotiations, securing funding to bring fee lands into Trust, construction financing proposals and more.
Our work has resulted in funded planning grants in the $50,000 - $75,000 range, and land purchase and construction awards ranging from $600,000 to $12.7 million per award.
